What is FOMO?

FOMO is a data-powered perpetuals trading app that helps you make clearer decisions, not just faster trades.

It runs on a three-layer stack: a calm, friendly interface, a real-time analytics core called Smart Sentiment, and a non-custodial markets layer connected to leading DEXs, starting with Hyperliquid.

The idea is simple: cut the noise, surface real conviction, and keep your funds and flow under your control.

What is Smart Sentiment?

Smart Sentiment is FOMO’s Data Layer that tracks and interprets the real behavior of consistently profitable traders on integrated DEXs, starting with Hyperliquid. It identifies traders who have proven stable profitability over time — the Smart Traders — and aggregates their activity into clear directional signals.

These signals help reveal where experienced traders are positioning — LONG, SHORT, or NEUTRAL — and how their bias evolves over 24 hours. The feature filters out bots and market-maker inventory flow, focusing only on patterns that reflect genuine conviction and performance.

I farmed DPS and played the mini-games — where did my points go?

Nothing was lost. Your DPS were snapshotted and converted into FOMO_frozen — your frozen FOMO starting stack.

The conversion considered your total DPS, activity in mini-games and quests, and the balance between gameplay and referral points.

Accounts flagged for bot-like or manipulative behavior were adjusted to ensure that real players keep their fair advantage.

You’ll see your balance in-app — that’s your head start for the trading stage.

What is FOMO_frozen and why does it matter?

FOMO_frozen represents the frozen allocation of FOMO earned before the launch of trading.

Over 90% of all has already been distributed to early participants who farmed DPS and supported FOMO from the start. The remaining share is reserved for upcoming community campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive events designed for long-term active traders.

For every $1 of trading volume, 1 unlocks and converts into 1 , making it one of the most efficient mechanisms for expanding the active balance compared with standard level-based farming.

During Closed Beta, select cohorts benefit from a boosted conversion ratio — each 1 unlocked converts into 1.5–2 , depending on the stage. It gives early testers a real edge for helping shape FOMO’s early ecosystem.

To maintain balance, a daily unfreeze cap of 10% applies to the initial frozen stack. The limit resets every 24 hours and ensures that progress is tied to consistent activity rather than short-term bursts.

What is FOMO and how is it different from FOMO_frozen?

FOMO is the active rewards balance that primarily grows through trading activity, with additional gains from events and future quests. It drives level progression and defines how much can be earned from trading over time.

FOMO_frozen, by contrast, represents the allocation that holds value only when unlocked through trading. Each unlocked portion instantly converts into FOMO and becomes part of the active balance.

Can FOMO or FOMO_frozen be transferred?

Neither FOMO nor FOMO_frozen can be transferred or traded directly.

They’re tied to each user’s account and function exclusively through in-app activity — trading, quests, and future campaigns.

How does levels work?

Levels in FOMO is based on the total amount of FOMO earned through trading.

Each level grants a permanent farming multiplier, increasing how much is generated per $1 of volume, and a higher share of Volume Rewards, effectively reducing the trading cost over time.

What are Volume Rewards?

Volume Rewards return part of FOMO’s net fees to active traders. The reward percentage scales with level — from 5% at Egg up to 25% at Trader Rex — turning consistent trading activity into a direct earning mechanism.

This structure creates a clear feedback loop: higher activity generates more FOMO, which unlocks new levels, and each level further increases the share of $-rewards while lowering the effective trading cost.

How to deposit and withdraw funds?

Deposits and withdrawals in FOMO are fully non-custodial and handled directly on-chain. Funds remain under your control at all times — FOMO connects to integrated DEXs (currently Hyperliquid) through the markets layer without ever taking custody.

You can deposit via supported networks such as Arbitrum, Ethereum, Solana, Base, and BNB Smart Chain.

Arbitrum USDC is recommended for the lowest fees and fastest confirmations. Withdrawals are processed exclusively through Arbitrum with a fixed network fee per transaction.

How to open or close a position?

Positions can be opened from the “Trade” tab or directly from any token page under “Insights.”

In Lite Mode, all orders execute instantly at market price for simplicity. In Pro Mode, you can set limit orders, adjust leverage, and define TP/SL levels before confirming.

What’s the difference between Lite and Pro Modes?

Use Lite Mode for quick, mobile-first trading — clean interface, instant execution, and minimal setup. Switch to Pro Mode for full control: limit orders, adjustable leverage, advanced metrics, and in-chart TP/SL management.

What are the benefits of joining Closed Beta?

Closed Beta participants get early access to the full FOMO trading ecosystem — including the Smart Community, Welcome Room, core app features, and upcoming campaigns.

Each participant’s starting level is calculated based on the amount of FOMO_frozen received. The distribution of FOMO_frozen is itself a key advantage: over 90% of the total supply is allocated to Closed Beta participants — the early DPS farmers who helped shape FOMO’s foundation.

In addition, all Closed Beta members receive a boosted FOMO_frozen conversion rate, which varies by cohort — from 1:1.5 up to 1:2 FOMO.
